Here is a restaurant that can adapt to gluten free their dishes easily. They have a huge variety of salads and you can add the ingredients you want. They have been incorpored gluten free Pasta from Proceli.

Observation
Thanks Nuria and their staff we have menu gluten free in the islands. The dishes aren't that good because they have only two choices of precooked and freezed food, but it's enough when you go for shopping, normality is the word. And remenber there is a fantastics cakes gluten free ( also in their supermarket).
