Hello - We just recently had a guest who stayed with us and recommended we contact your site. We are a 5* bed and breakfast in Wolfville, NS Canada and we offer gluten free breakfast options for individuals with Celiac. We have english muffins and bread available and are able to make gluten free french toast. We also can accommodate any other requests for additional gluten free foods with advance notice. We take great care in our kitchen and have a completely separate toaster, butter and cooking surface for people who are Celiac to reduce the risk of cross contamination. All of our cooking utensils used to prepare the food are cleaned separately and throughly to prevent contamination as well.
