If you are going to UAE, Dubai specifically, keep both English and Arabic restaurant cards with you because the majority of the labor force are expatriates and do not know Arabic. Carluccio's restaurant has a separate GF menu, and PF Chang's offers three or four plates on the regular menu to be accommodated as GF. NKD pizza offers GF pizza. Organic food cafe has a good selection of GF items as well as an online supermarket www.glutenfree-supermarket.ae
