As well as being a gluten and yeast free bread recipe, this is also dairy free and egg free

450g white Doves Farm gluten free flour mix
3 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp no-egg
2 tsp xanthan gum
440 ml water
3 tbsp olive or vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
