Getting gluten free food in Laos, Southeast Asia

One of the great things about writing this blog is that gluten free travellers email me all the time with their travel stories. Today's is a mouth-watering treat from Rasha who has been travelling all over Asia. We've never had a report from Laos before (Laos is locked between Thailand and Vietnam). Rasha used gluten free travel cards to make life easier, although not our free ones.
