Gluten free restaurants in Mallorca - 9

By Carmen Barcelo

Unfortunately there only few safe places to go, but if you contact with the hotel and explain your needs, they probably adapt the menus or cook special dishes gluten free. But you have to assume that they are not going to have a lot of information about the coealic disease and how to do a gluten free diet.

There is only one hotel chain in Majorca that has signed an agreement with the coealic association.

Hoteles Garden

The hotel chain Garden, a pioneer in providing coeliac-friendly menus in its hotels both in the Balearic Islands and on an international level, has agreed to sign a collaboration agreement with FACE.
