Gluten free snacks for the busy celiac

Celiac Travel Home > Gluten free recipes > Gluten free snacks

If you're anything like me, the quest for healthy, handy, filling gluten free snack ideas is never-ending. Having an easy-to-grab gluten free snack to hand is a godsend when you're rushing out of the door and know you won't be able to get your hands on food until you get back.

Some of these snacks are kept in the fridge, some are 'dry' and can be kept in the cupboard. I've also included some snacks that are best kept in the freezer and that will thaw out quickly in your bag (or just need a minute on defrost in the microwave.

Personally, I find having tasty, healthy gluten free snacks handy is a major quality-of-life improver - in my book there is nothing worse than being hungry!
