My review of the Gluten Free Club

The Gluten Free Club is an online community of celiacs which seemed to be getting some good reports, so I thought I'd check it out.

Understanding support and help for celiacs

If you know other celiacs in your area, you'll know how useful it is to have people around you who understand the celiac condition, and even better, who can offer ideas to make life easier.

The Gluten Free Club provides this kind of support except on a larger scale, with hundreds of celiacs in the club, plus all sorts of other membership benefits.

Club features

Personally, I think the most helpful features of the club are the tips on eating out safely, how to make decent gluten free bread, the 'latest info' on what you can and can't eat, over 400 gluten free recipes and how to save money on gluten free foods.

Will it last?

I don't know whether you would still be an avid participant after a year or so, but I reckon the membership fee is well worth the content, even if you don't participate in all the community stuff.

You can read about the Gluten Free Club here. It's a bit long but at least it tells you exactly what you get - and as I say, I reckon some of it is pretty cool.

And when you're done, take a look at our gluten free recipes blog - you can subscribe to receive a gluten free recipe in your email every time we post a new one.
