Our family self catering holiday cottage near Aviemore is right in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. We'll even throw in a guide to eating gluten free locally!

We live in Oban, on the West coast of Scotland. Aviemore is nearly 3 hours drive away, and is a real playground for us an the kids when we go over. The holiday cottage itself is stone built, and used to be the dairy of an old tuberculosis hospital. It sits in the grounds of the main house along with several other holiday homes, and is right on the edge of the Highland Wildlife Park. With the recent additions of Mercedes the Polar Bear and real live tigers, this is now a world-beating attraction that the kids (and we) absolutely love.
